CHECK- IN PROCEDURE

All guests will be doing a self-check in at this time.  Check in time is after 3:00 p.m. (MST).

Instructions for self-check in will be emailed the day before your check in.

Cancellation

Cancellation notice must be received 7 days prior to arrival to guarantee a refund of your deposit ( less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation plus tax).  Cancellation with less than 7 days will not receive refund. In the event of inclement weather, 7 day cancellation policy may be waived (less 10% cancelation fee plus tax) or your deposit applied toward a re-scheduled stay.  See Group  and Sturgis Rally information.

Cancellations without notice are subject to loss payments.

Pets

Pets are allowed with additional pet deposit of $50. Pets must be kept on leashes at all times . Please pick up after your pet and dispose in appropriate dumpsters.

Groups

Groups during the summer season may  be limited to 2 or 3 cabins (20 people or less) .  Although one person may call to book the cabins , we ask that separate deposits be sent for each cabin booked and by an adult who will be occupying that cabin.

Your Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. When you arrive, please let us know right away if there is anything that needs attention in your cabin or if for any reason we have not met your expectations. We will do our best to make things right for you while you are here.

Booking

DEPOSIT  in the amount of  50% of the total reservation secures your cabin, dates, and rate, with balance  due upon 14 days upon arrival.  You are responsible for payment of all dates reserved regardless of early derparture or late arrival.     You will receive an email confirmation within a day or two of booking.

Holidays, Group Reservations, and Special Events may require rental agreement, and variation in routine deposit and cancellation policy.

We accept Visa, Discover and Mastercard .  Do not send credit card information via email, we will gladly hold your cabin until we are able to connect by phone .

Accommodation Occupancy

For your comfort, safety and satisfaction we do not book more than the maximum occupancy listed for the cabin. Keep in mind these occupancy numbers are intended for a combination of adults and children – the cabins will be quite crowded if you choose to fill them to the maximum capacity with adults. The futons, sofa-beds and bunkbeds are best suited for children.

Sturgis Motorcycle Rally & Special events

Policies  & pricing may vary for special events.  Discounts may not apply.  Minimum stays may be required.  Please e-mail or call to request a Rally Rental Agreement for  the annual Sturigs Motorcycle Rally Week  , officially  beginning  the Monday after the first full weekend in August.

RVs & Camping

SORRY, NO RV’S or CAMPING, we are not licensed or set up for it. We would be happy to refer camping members of your group to excellent nearby facilities.
